	From Wikopedia: Spain (España), officially the Kingdom of Spain, is a country located in southwestern Europe on the Iberian Peninsula. Its mainland is bordered to the south and east by the Mediterranean Sea except for a small land boundary with Gibraltar; to the north by France, Andorra, and the Bay of Biscay; and to the northwest and west by the Atlantic Ocean and Portugal. Spanish territory also includes the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean off the African coast, and two autonomous cities and in North Africa, CeutaMelilla, that border Morocco. With an area of 504,030 km², Spain is the second largest country in Western Europe and the European Union after France.The flag of Spain, as it is defined in the Spanish Constitution of 1978, consists of three horizontal stripes: red, yellow and red, the yellow stripe being twice the size of each red stripe. The state and war flags and ensigns must be charged with the Spanish coat of arms. The coat of arms must be placed at 1/3 the flag’s length towards the hoist, and the height of the coat of arms should measure two fifths of the flag’s width (i.e. hoist).
